Rudra Pradeepta K started his career working with games and simulations, where he learned how people interact, learn, and stay engaged. He later moved into mobile app development in the early days, before Android became mainstream, and was part of a team that built award-winning learning apps for children.
As his work moved closer to classrooms and real learners, one thing became clear to him, most children struggle with English not because they lack intelligence, but because the way English is taught is confusing and rule-heavy. Years of observing children read, fail, retry, and succeed shaped his thinking far more than theory ever could.
Out of this experience came PhonoMastery™, a rule-free way of teaching children to read English naturally. He also created EvolveEnglish™, a spoken-English program built around real usage, confidence, and expression—so learners don’t just know English, but can actually use it.

Pavan holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and is a seasoned computer scientist and IT professional with extensive experience in technology and enterprise solutions.
As co-founder and inventor of an EdTech startup, he visions and drives PhonoMastery™ the world’s first rule free English reading methodology and EvolveEnglish™, a course that empowers learners to speak English fluently and confidently.
PhonoMastery began with Shinshu. As a young learner, her journey in mastering English became the foundation of the methodology. Through continuous learning, practice, and interaction, she contributed significantly by helping Rudra observe, test, and refine the core ideas behind PhonoMastery.
Her natural curiosity, feedback, and progress offered valuable insights into how children actually understand and absorb language. These insights played a crucial role in shaping PhonoMastery into a simple, effective, and child-centric approach to learning English.
